How to Check Load Balance for Smart, TNT, Sun, Globe, TM and Cherry Prepaid

How To Balance Inquiry Smart or Globe
You cannot make any calls or text due to insufficient balance, then you need to check your prepaid load balance? Well each telcos has several ways for you to do that, whether you want it to be via call, text, or online. But for some reasons they will going to remove the through SMS inquiry which is still working.

I will post below the step-by-step guide to checking your load balance for Globe, Smart, TNT, TM, or Sun mobile number.

The process of checking your Prepaid Sim of current amount of your load is what we called Sim load balance inquiry. The Philippine Telecom Networks that is Smart (and its subsidiaries TNT-Talk 'N Text, TNT Techno User Sim, TNT Champion Sim-Mindanao and Sun Cellular) and Globe (and its subsidiaries TM-Touch Mobile, Cherry Prepaid and ABS-CBN Mobile) does provides easy ways to its subscribers on how to check their  load balance for our convenience.

It is very important to check your sim load balance regularly or before subscribing any load promos or your network, so knowing standard prepaid rates will keep you up to date of your sim's current amount of load with expiration details and the status of your currently subscribed promo/s which is available to some networks.

Below are the tutorials on how to check prepaid sim balance according to network;

How To Check Balance in Globe and TM Prepaid

Here are a four (4) ways to check your Globe/TM Prepaid account balance:

1. Text BAL to 222 - This is the first and easy way to know your current load balance. This method is free of charge, just type BAL and send it to 222. After that, you will then receive a text message that shows your balance, free text and the date of expiration.

2. Call 222 - This method requires you 1 Peso charge per balance inquiry. After you dial and call 222 directly, an automated voice from Globe/TM will answer you that you will receive your Globe balance details through text message. You will then receive a text message that shows your balance, free text and the date of expiration.

3. Dial *143# and press Call - This method is also free of charge. The *143# is Globe/TM to open USSD Code Menu. Upon dialing *143#, several options (for Globe) will appear such as Favorites, GoSAKTO, MyAccount, GoSURF, GoWATCH, Surfing, Combo Promos, Just For You, Roaming and Int'l, GCash, Loans, Rewards, Switch-FREE Apps and More. Please take note that these options may change without prior notice because Globe is doing changes like new promos or several updates.
Navigate to MyAccount > Balance Inquiry, and you will receive an SMS regarding the balance of your account.

4. You can view your Globe Account at www.globe.com.ph; Take note, this method requires internet connection.
  1. You must register your email address at www.globe.com.ph or log-in with an existing account.
  2. Then click on the My Account link located at the top right corner.
  3. You must enroll your Globe account by choosing Add New Account.
  4. My Accounts list will will auto refresh and your Prepaid account will appear on the webpage.
  5. Select "View Account on GHP Prepaid" and webpage will show your balance

How To Check Balance in Smart Prepaid

This includes Smart Buddy, LTE, Kickstart and Jump-in of Smart Prepaid sim. There are five (5) ways to check your Smart Prepaid account balance:
  1. Calling 1515 - This method requires you 1 Peso charge per balance inquiry. An automated voice from Smart will answer you that you will receive your Smart balance details through text message. You will then receive a text message that shows your balance details and the date of expiration.
  2. Dial *123# and press Call - This method is free of charge. *123# is a step to open Smart USSD Code Menu. Just dial *123#, select Balance/Services > Check Balance, and you will receive text message regarding your load balance and prepaid promo status.
  3. Via SMS - Text ?1515 to 214 or BAL to 214 - This method is free of charge. Wait for a few seconds and you will receive a text message of your load balance details.
  4. Log on to My Smart Dashboard at my.smart.com.ph - Take note, this method requires internet connection. Registration and linking of Smart sim number are needed. Upon logging in, select you sim number and you will see your current load balance.
  5. Log on to your My Smart App - Using your android phone, open My Smart, the overview screen will show the account balance.
FOR SMART BRO USERS: Just text BRO BAL to 2200 and wait for the message of your load balance details.

How To Check Balance in TNT

This includes TNT Champion Sim-Mindanao and TNT Techno User Sim for TNT users. There are five (5) ways to check your TNT account balance:
  1. Call 15001 - This method requires you 1 Peso charge per balance inquiry. An automated voice from TNT will answer you that you will receive your TNT balance details through text message. You will then receive a text message that shows your balance details and the date of expiration.
  2. Dial *123# and press Call - This method is free of charge. *123# is TNT USSD Code Menu. Just dial *123#, select Balance/Services > Check Balance, and you will receive text message regarding your load balance and prepaid promo status.
  3. Text ?15001 to 214 or BAL to 214 - This method is free of charge. Wait for a few seconds and you will receive a text message of your load balance details.
  4. Log on to My Smart Dashboard at my.smart.com.ph -  Take note, this method requires internet connection. Registration and linking of TNT sim number are needed. Upon logging in, select you sim number and you will see your current load balance.
  5. Log on to your My TNT app - Using your android phone, open My TNT, the overview screen will show the account balance.

How To Check Balance in Sun Cellular

There are four (4) ways to check your Sun Cellular Prepaid account balance:
  1. Dial *123# and press Call - *123# is Sun USSD Code Menu. Just dial *123#, select Balance/Services > Check Balance, and you will receive text message regarding your load balance and prepaid promo status. This method is free of charge.
  2. Dial *221# - An automated voice from Sun Cellular will answer you that you will receive your Sun Prepaid balance details through text message. You will then receive a text message that shows your balance details and the date of expiration.
  3. Log on to My Sun at my.suncellular.com.ph - Registration and linking of Sun Cellular sim number are needed. Upon logging in, select you sim number and you will see your current load balance. Take note, this method requires internet connection.
  4. Using Sim Toolkit or Sun Cellular Menu - Go to Sun Cellular Menu. Navigate Balance Inquiry to receive load balance information via text.

How To Check Balance in Cherry Prepaid

Cherry Prepaid is a subsidiary of Globe, but it has its own methods in balance inquiry. There are two (2) ways to check your Cherry Prepaid account balance:
  1. Text BAL to 2136 - You will then receive a text message that shows your balance, free text and the date of expiration. This method is free of charge.
  2. Dial *139# and press CALL - Select (1) My Account > (1) Load Balance > (1) Check Load Balance
It is very important to know your network (to know other networks you can use our list of mobile number prefixes), and what might the very convenient load promo that is available to you to save some extra money.
